I do not usually see clients on Saturday or Sunday but will make an exception for regular clients who have an emergency!
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
If you are unable to keep an appointment please let me know as soon as possible--preferably 24 hours-- so I can schedule someone else in that time slot. I understand that emergencies happen (I may have to cancel sometimes too!) so I try to be flexible, but if it becomes habitual I will need you to pay for the missed appointment. No shows are expected to pay for the full session unless there was an emergency. Due to the pandemic--I am asking that if you feel like you may be getting sick, or have been exposed to Covid, please call me to cancel and I will not charge you for the missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. We look forward to serving you!
